(New York, NY) – As part of Giving Tuesday, local NYC students and industry professionals and friends gathered at OS NYC to support The Center for Educational Innovation (CEI) and its Esports Program. Hosted by The Jacobson Firm, P.C. and The Center for Educational Innovation, the event was held to benefit and raise funds for CEI’s program.
The event featured a 2v2 NBA 2K Tournament presented by HyperX and hosted and casted by esports veteran, Paul “Rabies” Santoro. The tournament was followed by a professional networking mixer with entertainment and gaming “influencers” mingling with fashionistas, entertainers, and other industry professionals.
The event continued with silent auctions for autographed memorabilia, snacks from My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream, and raffles provided by HyperX as guests enjoyed an evening that all went to help educate, inspire and encourage youth development. The event was highly successful as the charity met its goal and raised funds to benefit the Center.
