09/16/2019 – JUSTIN M. JACOBSON SPEAKS AT SCRATCH ACADEMY AS PART OF THE SOUNDSHOP’S “MAKING MONEY IN MUSIC: STRATEGY & BUSINESS SAVVY” PANEL IN NEW YORK CITY

(New York, NY) Justin M. Jacobson spoke at Scratch Academy in New York City as part of The Soundshop’s “Making Money In Music: Strategy & Business Savvy” presented by 343 Labs, the Scratch Academy and Sloppy Vinyl.  The panel covered making money within the music business, including focusing on music publishing, artist “brand” development and protection as well as explored the benefits of independent representation on an artist’s career.  There was a superb turn-out for the panel, which included Noel “Glitch” Rodriquez (300 Entertainment), Shannan McMillan (Pernod Ricard), Mike Cameron (Water Muzic Publishing), and songwriter/producer, Shedrick Guy (Arista/A&M Records) as well as included live attendee performances.
